We are transitioning from a youth project into a recognized research and advocacy hub, building institutional credibility and centering Global South–led knowledge creation. We are looking for a new cohort of volunteers eager to break into or looking for an opportunity to accelerate their work in the migration advocacy and/or research space to drive this transition.

We are currently recruiting volunteers for two streams:

1. Research / Policy Officers – Volunteers in this stream conduct desk and/or field research, analyse policy, draft reports and briefs, and coordinate with regional teams. Applicants should be curious, detail‑oriented, and willing to commit to regular hours each week. Prior research experience is welcome but not essential if you are eager to learn.

2. Communications & Storytelling – Volunteers in this stream help shape our narrative campaigns. Tasks may include social media strategy, writing and editing content, graphic design, video production, and media outreach. Creativity and a passion for storytelling are key.

All positions are volunteer and remote, with flexible schedules. We ask for a minimum commitment of six months and consistent weekly hours. We provide mentorship, learning opportunities, and a supportive community of peers.
