We encourage applications from those interested in any area of our work, but we are prioritising recruitment in the following two streams:
Research and Policy
Our Policy and Research Officers analyze global refugee issues, generate evidence, and shape recommendations that strengthen our campaigns. This includes desk and field research on climate displacement, legal protection gaps, narrative warfare, and youth storytelling. We publish policy briefs, country reports, and advocacy notes to inform partners and policymakers. Research teams are organised by region (Sub‑Saharan Africa, South Asia, MENA, Europe/UK).
Applicants should be curious, detail‑oriented. Prior research experience is welcome but not essential if you are eager to learn.
Communications and Storytelling
Our Communications team develops narrative‑shifting campaigns, manages social media and digital channels, designs graphics and videos, and crafts human‑centred stories that uplift refugee voices. We believe that compelling storytelling and creative campaigns are essential to counter harmful narratives and build empathy.
Creativity and a passion for storytelling are key.
